HDHockey.TV Where is the customer service?

I purchase nearly 90% of anything I shop for nowadays on the Internet. For 99.9% of those transactions I feel I am working with a legitimate operation. There are rare exceptions to this rule, and that is where HDHockey.TV comes in. Here is what was strange about the experience.

First of all, the website itself is juvenile in its lack of information. I should have known better. WARNING NUMBER ONE, anytime you look up a website and click on the "Contact US" tab, and there is absolutely ZERO INFORMATION about the company, only an email form, something is up. I received my DVDs, and by their look alone, DVDs unmarked except for the actual plastic DVD case, in other words, left around the house the DVD could be mistaken as blank because there is not a damn bit of information on the DVD itself. I envision somebody out there (I would say where but the site gives you no clue as to who is behind this company) in their garage burning DVDs they just brought home from circuit city. My DVDs arrived. I ordered a 3 pack, and the game I really cared about, USSR vs USA (Miracle game) was absolutely blank. not a stich of information on it. The good news is, I can use it to burn anything else I would like on DVD. Here is the bad news, I emailed them the night I received them asking if they would send another DVD. Nothing. I emailed them a week later. Nothing. I emailed them 2 more times. Nothing. I am absolutely convinced this is a one person operation, if not half a person, it has a fraudelant feel to it, sketchy info on the site, amatuer looking product, that does not work, and absolutely nothing in the area of customer support or response.

HERE IS MY RECOMMENDATION, DO ALL YOU CAN TO AVOID THIS SITE. STAY AWAY FROM HDHOCKEY.TV. Not legit AT ALL.
